By accessing the Site or utilizing the industrial drone services provided by Gulf South Drone Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and our services.

Gulf South Drone Services provides specialized aerial facility maintenance, including but not limited to facade cleaning, high-rise window washing, and structural inspections via tethered drone systems. All services are subject to weather conditions, site-specific safety assessments, and FAA regulations.

When requesting a quote or utilizing our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property details and access constraints.

• Ensure necessary permissions for aerial operations on the property.

• Notify us of any known structural vulnerabilities or sensitive materials on the cleaning surface.

• Maintain a safe distance from operational zones as cordoned off by our crew.

The content on this Site, including text, logos, drone technology descriptions, and industrial service protocols, is the property of Gulf South Drone Services, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the Site without express written consent.

Our operations adhere to strict FAA Part 107 guidelines. While our systems include advanced fail-safes and tethered power supplies, industrial operations involve inherent risks. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all commercial flight operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulf South Drone Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of business or property data.

Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 5-star results, variations in building age, surface condition, and stain type may affect final cleaning outcomes. We do not warrant that cleaning results will be identical for every facility.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site and services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms of Service or if on-site conditions represent an unacceptable risk to our personnel or equipment.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
